I'm like the old time doctors- I make house calls. In other words, wherever your dog may be having issues at, whether at home, at your place of business, the dog park or even at your favorite boarding or daycare facility, I come to you.

I have a flat rate for all of my initial planning and working sessions. Teaching things like basic cues are short sessions and might last up to 1.5 hours. The initial session for behavioral issues may be from 30 minutes up to 3 hours, with follow-up sessions being shorter. All session lengths are dependent upon what I'm observing and the dog's behavior. Sessions involve both discussion, education and hands-on teaching. No matter what we're working on, I really need to have everyone that lives with your dog, or who has lots of interaction with your dog, present for this session. No matter who I've spoken to about your dog prior to my arrival, I've found that everybody sees the issues a little differently or might even know of issues that we haven't discussed. With everyone there at the start, we can get a real good idea of what, when, where and why things are happening and then come up with a great plan to change them for the better. The other great thing is that when everyone can hear the same thing at the same time, we can make sure that everyone is on-board with the plan, knows what to do and how to do it and therefore won't confuse your dog when working with your dog.

No matter what service you've requested, there are two additional facets of my services that are provided to you: email and phone support for up to 90 days as long as you agree to and set up a follow-up visit. That means anytime of day or night, especially for those of you with fearful, phobic or aggressive dogs. Since I'm not very good at texting, if you text me, I'll call or email you back. If you have an emergency and I don't answer your call right away, please TEXT me with 911, your name, your dog's name and your call back number and I will stop what I'm doing and call you.

NOTE: Phone support is free for the first 20 minutes of each call: there is a $25 fee for each additional 15 minutes, payable by credit card or PayPal at the time of the call.
